Cultural intelligence is essential for anyone entering ministry. If the world were seen as 100 people only 5 would speak English as their primary language. 5 would live in the U.S., 22 would be Muslim, 12 would have no religion and 22 would have access to a computer. We believe that the best way to learn how to live and minister with these realities is though direct interaction with cultural mentors and building relationships with people in their own context.
